Its been awhile!

So I see that my last post was in September and it is now almost the freaking new year! A lot has happened and I am not going to post pictures because I'd have hundreds to post and I'm watching "Jennifer's Body" at the moment and not in the mood haha. Anyways I just thought I would post something I've been neglected my blog lately and my blog is sad! Anyways... Well first things first, Hawaii was a blast I wish I could go back! I loved it there and it was a dream vacation! You have all heard too much about that though so I will stop with that! The next major thing would be SYTYCD! I went with Alaina, I was originally supposed to go with my mom, cause she gets me tickets every year for my birthday.. well this year she over booked herself I guess you can say and so Alaina was willing to go! I'm glad she did!! She was so much fun to go with, and I love talking to her!!! She gives great advice and I really look up to her. Next I get the news that Jordan has joined the army for eight years I might add and He will be leaving for six months January 19th.. He is goin to North Carolina for 3 months and then Texas for the rest.. I am so proud of him for doing this, it will be great for his future, and hopefully ours! I am so sad to see him go, but its only six months... so I'm looking on the bright side. I know I will blog more about this subject.. I'm sure this topic will become the reason I blog seeing as how i moved out which is the next thing I was going to say... lets just say I'm glad to be home and go to slcc! yay!!! lol well sorry this was such a fast summary of my life in the last few months but there will be more to come so now I will get back to my movie and be a better blogger in the future!!

Mrs. Urban went to see Mr. Urban.

That's right I did, ok and being Mrs. Urban is just a fantasy of mine. Keith Urban was in town last night! He has been here 5 times and I have been all 5 times and it keeps getting better!! I just need to say he is B-E-A-UTIFUL!!! I had a ton of fun, went to the last samurai with Angie, Vesta and my mom for dinner then went to the concert and little big town opened for him. He had an awesome show! Some girls fell right on top of him as a barrier broke (lucky girls) He was so sweet and had to make sure they were ok before going on with the show. My friends Kylee and Jodi were right up front and got to touch him and everything, jealous? yeah!!!! I love that man! I got an awesome shirt and an even better show. He had a light up guitar it was sweet. I had an amazing night and it was even better being with my mom. Thanks mom.

Stake Luau!!

Tonight our stake had a luau.. it was a lot of fun and we always love meeting new people! We talked learned and watched some Hawaiian and Samoan dancing, and also ate Samoan food.. well I didn't eat it.. that stuff was nasty ha ha but it was a fun time and then after the Luau we came to the apartment for some fun with some ward friends. I love life here.. especially church life.

First weekend here in college!

It was a blast!! First let me start by saying that UVU is a very social place and so there is always something special going on. Well last night there was a Green Out dance so my friends and I decided to go it sounded fun and its a chance to meet people so we went..and it was a ton of fun! We got to get all decked out in the little green we had and went and it was a fun dance and the DJ was awesome too. It was really hot but it was worth it. Then after we decided to go see Melissa's cousin and his place and roommates.. we got in at like 3AM. (sorry mom) ha ha now..college is warming up to me so I'm ok with it.. and i got 100 on my math paper so things are looking up lol (sorry about the pictures..blogger is being weird haha)

I love college..NOT!

So here is what happened on my first day of school.....

I am fine, everything is dandy my first class, then after I had about an hour break so I figured that I would take my books home, well I am riding the bus to school because it conveniently picks me up from my apartment and takes me to school.. well that worked out fine but when I got on the bus to go home.. I ended up in PROVO! must of took the wrong bus eh? lol so then thankfully, I have amazing people in my life who came and picked me up.. Lyle Brereton! He took me to school and was just a few minutes late. Well after class I was grabbing lunch and I witness an accident so I had to wait until the cop told me I could go, and fill out a witness paper, well I had a class a one and did I make it? NO! haha so my first day of class was eventful.. I still have hope to make this year great though, I'm not giving up yet. lol

Welcome to thee O.C! (orem city)

Well.. I'm sure my mom has blogged a little on me moving already so I will just post pictures of our apartment and stuff like that. Well I love Orem and living on my own. I am close enough to home that I have seen my family almost every day. I love my roommates and we have had a blast. Melissa and I wanted to make a cake but our oven decided to smoke so we decided not to, then we went to walk around our apartment complex and it decided to rain so we were just having bad luck. haha. Then I went to go put money in the bank today and welp, I thought the money was in my purse and it ended up being in the garbage, that's no surprise though right? We have had pizza and haven't cooked anything and we have church at 12:40, we are in the 25th ward. We have had problems with the cable so hopefully that will get fixed soon and we can get our apartment put together more. I sure hope you guys come visit its such a cute place! We have really bonded as friends as we talk every night. I love it! We all understand the meaning of poor college students now too. I love life though and can't wait to start school TOMORROW!!! I have to be at the bus at 6:30.. i wanted to take the bus instead of pay $80 dollars lol it takes you from our apartment right to the school for $20 all year, much better deal! Well I love you all and love college life, and love being a wolverine, even though I just spent my life savings on a book the other day! The boys also live down the street so we have a ton of fun and there is never a dull moment, also britt and nikki live here too so its a lot of fun! <3

Randi Evans Master Class...

...More like kick your butt class and make you want to cry. haha Yesterday I went to a class taught by Randi Evans from this season of SYTYCD, she is from Utah and freakishly amazing. She has a way cute style. It was at Roy high school and the gym was jam packed! I wanted to cry during the warm up lol but it seriously was the best (and hardest) class ever. I was asked a long with Lacie and Omar to dance at the end of the class to show everyone else, she said "We brought something else they needed to learn from us." It made me feel amazing. I had a blast, and hope I can be a role model to dancers one day just like her! She made my passion for dance that much stronger!

The Joys of Boating!

Yesterday was such a fun day! I went boating with my future roomies! We just rented a boat and went to Jordanelle. It was really windy so we couldn't really wake board much so we just went swimming a bit before wake boarding. We had a lot of fun being stupid, dancing, and eating (what we do best) These girls are so much fun and I am so lucky to have such great friends, and even better the fact that I get to live with them! We were there from about 4-8. Melissa's brother and his friends came along for the ride, I think we scared them off though with how loud and dumb we can be. It was such a fun day and we made many great memories, more will come once we are all under the same roof! lol

18 years has come and gone, for momma they flew by, but for me they drug on and on..

So today mom and I headed out to the o-town (orem) my future town I'll be living in. It was a really fun and memorable day for me. First we went and spent way too much money on books, no wonder college is so expensive, got an ID card, and then I went to show mom the apartment, she loved it and thought it was really cute but I couldn't help but notice mom was getting sad. We had a great lunch at our favorite place PF Chang's, and got way too full we were sick. Then we stopped for a movie after shopping a bit, we went to Julie and Julia it was really cute, but made me hungry. It was a good day with my best friend, one that I'll remember forever. I love you mom and you truly are my best friend, I'm going to miss you so much. <3

Bye Bye Bump!

As most of you know, my dad had a ugly gross bump on the left side of his head, notice the word had. He went into surgery today to get it removed cause it was growing and the doctor was worried about it. We woke up at 5 AM!! Let me start by saying, I don't even get up that early for school ever!! We went to the hospital and waited, 8:30 rolls around...still waiting. Finally the doctor came out about 9:15 to talk to us. Dad did so good, the bump was under his muscle so it took a little longer to take out than expected. He has never been under anesthetic, and it showed, he was a hoot and a holler when he woke up! During the wait mom and I went to the cafeteria, the food is actually good for a hospital. We couldn't sleep much cause the waiting rooms make it humanly impossible to sleep. I wanted to go see all the babies but mom said no. (sad face) Anyways, it was fun waiting with mom in the hospital, and even more fun when dad woke up. (Sorry about my gross no makeup pictures, but com'on it was 5 am and a hospital.)
